FOUNDER OF THE RENEWED WOMAN COLLECTIVE
Christian Identity Reinvention & Boundaries Coach
I don’t offer generic, surface-level habit tracking or toxic positivity. I know this path because I’ve walked it myself—hustling for approval, shrinking so others would feel comfortable, and overgiving until my spirit felt depleted. I abandoned myself because I believed my needs were wrong or didn’t matter.
I thought I was being a good woman, but I was actually operating from a deep fear of rejection.
When I turned inward and allowed the Lord to renew my mind, He began freeing me from the chains, addictions, and toxic patterns that had kept me stuck. He showed me the truth—and that truth made it possible to anchor my identity firmly in how God sees me. That is where everything changed.
Now, I guide women through the deep work of unlearning approval-seeking patterns. Together, we identify and dismantle what has been keeping you small, build strong and unwavering boundaries, and help you step boldly into the authority and purpose of the woman God created you to be.
The Renewed Woman Collective is more than my coaching practice; it is a God-driven mission to serve His beloved daughters. You are worth it. In every way.
So, what would you do if you truly believed who God says you are?
This work is rooted in the belief that your faith and your wellbeing do not have to compete. You can show up with love while honoring the person God created you to be.
Reconnect with the truth of who you are beyond roles, expectations, performance, and the need to prove your worth.
Learn to recognize your limits, communicate with clarity, and practice saying no without abandoning your values.
Make space to understand what you want, what matters to you, and what your next faithful step may look like.
Begin building a way of living that makes room for confidence, rest, meaningful relationships, and purpose.
A few things you may be wondering as you consider coaching.
For women who feel caught in patterns of overgiving, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or difficulty setting boundaries and want to reconnect with their identity in Christ.
Our focus is helping you reflect on the beliefs and patterns shaping your choices, reconnect with your God-given identity, and practice boundaries that honor your values and wellbeing.
No. You can begin right where you are. Coaching is a space to get clear on what feels difficult, what you want to change, and what a meaningful next step could be.
